This is a black Smart Car was found on Third Avenue between Island Avenue and Market Street.  The car is parked perpendicularly which is a trick that I did not know it could do and must be pretty useful in urban evirons.   The car is parked accross from the Ideal Hotel.  The cuurent occupant of the Ideal hotel is  the Red Lotus Society.  The information for the Red Lotus Society is as follows:
